Last updated Oct 19, 2026. Your photo is an input to one video request. It is not raw material for our marketing or for model training. This policy explains what Baby Dance AI ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture your Google account provides. We never receive a password: sign-in is by Google or by a link sent to your email.
- The photo you upload.
- Your requests and videos. The dance, format and quality you chose, the status of each render, the credits used and the finished video.
- Payment records. The pack, the amount and the payment status. Card details go to Waffo. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data. IP address and browser information, kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Messages you send us, such as support emails.
How your photo is processed
- When you start a render, your photo is sent to our AI video provider, which runs the Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 model made by ByteDance, only to make your video.
- Our copy of the photo is removed when the render finishes or fails, and in any case within 24 hours.
- Finished videos stay downloadable for 24 hours. Download yours before then.
- When you tap Share on a finished video, we publish it on its own page (/s/…) that anyone with the link can open, with its card and the title of the ride. That copy stays until you delete the page: open it while signed in and choose Delete this page, or write to support@babydanceai.app. A page prepared but never shared is not public and is deleted after 2 days.
- We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
Provider copies and the limits of deletion
To make the video, our AI video provider receives your photo and holds the result for a time under its own retention rules. When we delete your files we also ask the provider to remove its copies where it offers a way to do so, but we cannot promise that every provider-held copy is erased at the same moment. If this matters to you, email us before uploading and we will tell you what currently applies.
How we use your data
- To run the service: sign you in, render your videos and manage your credits.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service, including refusing content that breaks the rules.
- To answer your questions.
Who we share data with
Only the providers needed to run the service, and only for that purpose:
- our AI video provider, which runs the Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 model (your photo and the render request);
- Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the site);
- Google (Firebase Authentication, which signs you in with Google or with an emailed link);
- Waffo (payments);
- our email provider (receipts and support replies).
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our users, the public or the service.
Google user data
When you choose "Continue with Google", Baby Dance AI asks Google only for basic sign-in information: your name, email address and profile picture (the openid, email and profile scopes). We do not ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.
- How we use it. To create your account, sign you in, show which account is signed in, link your credits and purchases to you, and reply to you about your account or a payment. Nothing else.
- What we store. Your Google account ID, your email address and the fact that you signed in with Google. Your name and profile picture are shown in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
- Who sees it. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models. It is shared only with the providers listed above, where they need it to run the service.
- Deletion. It is kept while your account is open. Email support@babydanceai.app from your account address to delete your account and this data. You can also remove Baby Dance AI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Baby Dance AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and analytics
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to count visits and see which pages are used. We also keep our own measurement of how the site is used: a random visitor ID stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie, the pages you open and the steps you take in the generator and checkout, the site or campaign that brought you here, your device type, and your approximate location (country, region and city) as worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider. The IP address itself is not stored with these records. If you sign in or buy a pack, the visit is linked to your account so we can see which sources lead to sign-ups and purchases. The site sets no advertising cookies and builds no cross-site profiles. Videos on our pages are served from this site and load only after you press play.
How long we keep data

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to delete a video or your whole account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email support@babydanceai.app from the address on your account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Content moderation and reports
Uploads and results pass through automated safety filters at our AI video provider. If someone reports a video, a person on our side reviews that video and the request behind it. Where the law requires, for example for child sexual abuse material, we report to the relevant authorities and keep the related records. The rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Children
Accounts are only for people aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may upload a photo of their own child to make a family video; that photo is handled exactly like any other upload: used only for that render, never for training or marketing, and deleted from our side within 24 hours. Children cannot hold accounts. A parent who wants a video or photo of their child removed sooner can email us and we delete it. If we learn that a child's photo was uploaded by someone who is not their parent or guardian, we delete it and the videos made from it.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, relying on the safeguards those providers offer.
Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
